Ian Thornton is the Store Manager, keeping everything running smoothly. With his training as a textile/wallpaper designer, and a career covering many aspects of the building industry, not to mention renovating his own home, Ian is the one with the answers to all the nitty gritty technical questions. He’s the guru when it comes to colour matching, and the guy who keeps the painters’ and builders’ happy.
Our team of three experienced colour consultants are on hand to work up any kind of scheme, inside or out. Carol, Lisa and Michelle are also able to come to you for an onsite consultation, bringing a magic box or colours and a wealth of knowledge and experience.

After spending time and effort to get the perfect colours for your home, we understand how disappointing it can be to find your painter has used another brand of paint, and the beautiful result you imagined just doesn’t look right!
Having been in business for so long, we’ve met and worked with a lot of painters. To make sure you get the result you want, we can hook you up with 2 or 3 painters who we trust to do the right thing with your selections.
We do recommend getting at least a couple of quotes before commencing work. There is a lot of preparation that goes into painting before the first brushfull is applied, that will make or break the end result, so you should check that your quotes cover everything that is required.
And because painting might be just the first step for you, we can also refer you to an Interior Designer to help you bring all the elements of your room together.
